At Pataaka On Your Plate, every order is a special ‘make to order’, so that customer truly enjoys the taste & freshness same as right from Kitchen. So, to make this possible we try our best to send your order via fastest & best logistics possible at that time.

• Shipping Policy:

Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped we inform customer.

Post Dispatch, deliveries are done in and around Mumbai (25Km radius) within few hours. Please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events. 

• Shipping Charges:

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

• Packaging & Handling Charges:

We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.

• Returns:

We're all about tasting at Pataaka On Your Plate.

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take returns due to it being food product and perishable in nature.
