Pataaka On Your Plate is a brainchild of a young female chef, who aims at specialising creative dishes with fresh, quality ingredients.

Yashasvi started the discovery of her passion from IHM Mumbai. She then joined the Taj Hotels as part of the Hotelier Development Program, through which she was assigned to various restaurants across the country. Amassing her experiences throughout her years, she brings to you her brand, which aims at encompassing experiences of the food and beverage.
When she's not whipping up fabulous recipes, she can be found exploring and discovering new inspirations to share with you through food and writing!
